I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Advisor. I am also a registered member of CIMSPA, the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.
Based in St Margarets, I work with clients across West London including but not limited to; Richmond, Twickenham, Kew, Isleworth, Teddington, Hampton and Kingston.
Depending on preference and location, I train clients from my home, your home, a local studio or one of the many beautiful local parks in West London.
I will work with you to set and achieve your goals – through a sustainable and effective programme – you will not only have fun, you will also see results!
