About me

I am a passionate storyteller and marketer with over 20 years’ experience helping some of the world’s leading brands connect with their communities.

2018 is a year of change for me as I say farewell  to a fulfilling career in marketing to pursue my passion for fitness and wellbeing.

At the heart of my decision is the desire to motivate and inspire others to lead healthier, happier lives, not to mention the ambition to wear “active wear” to work every day!

My career began organising events across the UK and Europe for leading golf manufacturer Callaway Golf, before I went on to design and deliver numerous new car press launches and sponsorship activations during my six-year stint at Honda. From brand-side to agency, I then moved to TRO – The Experience Agency, where I was responsible for marketing and new business. In January 2016, I joined FreemanXP – a newly launched US brand experience agency as Marketing Director, responsible for building the reputation of the agency and wider Freeman Company across the EMEA region.

I am a keen runner taking part in regular running challenges, many of which have been for charity. I also have a love of exploring and experiencing different countries, cultures and cuisines.

My passion for running has seen me take part in more than 35 half marathons, marathons, trails and ultras, around the UK, Europe and further afield. Running is not only my favourite way to stay fit, it’s my moment to be mindful, it’s how I process things and come up with new ideas. It has also introduced me to new people and new places, and is central to some of my most treasured memories.


I am a member of my local running club – the BeaRCat Running Club – a lovely club that is based out of my local pub – The Turk’s Head in St Margarets, Twickenham, and run by the truly inspiring Caitlin Limmer.

To complement my running, I am a dedicated Barry’s Bootcamper, recognising the importance of building full body strength and interval training to not only improve as a runner, but to mitigate injuries. My love of Barry’s extends beyond the workout – which is brutal – to the trainers, the apparel and the brand.

In 2018 I solidify my love of fitness by committing to become a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer (Level 3 Diploma). And in the company of two fabulous business partners, I’m looking to turn this into a new way of staying healthy. Watch this space to follow my/our journey.
