Gym Bunny

Next week I’m taking part in the @EcoTraildeParis – a 30km cross-country race with @FitchickTori. Nervous? Yes I am. But more than nervous, I’m actually a little bored with #running & I’m looking forward to mixing up my exercise with different classes.

So, that’s why I’m dedicating today’s #WellbeingWednesday to my pick of 5 @VirginActiveUK classes that I can’t wait to get stuck into.

  1. Spinning – Great way to burn calories, build strength and stamina while listening to motivational music.
  2. BodyPump – This class challenges the whole body. This is a great way to complement cardio by building strength.
  3. Pilates – For flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination. Will help prevent injury too.
  4. Circuits – An excellent all-round fitness solution combining all of the benefits of the previous classes.
  5. Boxing – Great cardio solution for your arms, upper body and torso.
